Specialised Dog Handler Course

This course is designed for people who would like to become detector dog handlers for government departments. Most of our Specialised Dog Handler Courses run for eight weeks where the participants will learn about canine behaviour and how to handle their detector dog. In most cases there is two weeks of theory, followed by six weeks of practical where handlers are assessed throughout the course.

Your instructors are the leaders in scent detection who have over 50 years experience between them. They will give you the skill-set to successfully fulfil a great career as a Detector Dog Handler.
